オクラホマ州アトカ・ヴァレーの一画、オアシス・プレインズでは高級住宅地の開発が行われていた。インフラ整備をしていたガス会社の作業員ダスティンは不思議な音を耳にする。音は地中から聞こえてきた。すると突然足元が崩れ穴に落ちるダスティン。同僚のトラヴィスが助けにかけつけると、ダスティンは目や鼻から出血し、すでに死亡していた。この死因に疑問を持ったサムとディーンは、オアシス・プレインズに向かい聞き込みを始める。
