メグとの取り引きに出かけたきり連絡が取れなくなったジョン。ディーンはジョンの携帯に電話するが、出たのはメグだった。「ジョンとは二度と会えない」と言うメグ。ジョンを救い出すためにディーンとサムはジョンの友人ボビーの協力を請う。ジョンを救うためと快く2人を迎え入れたボビーは、悪魔が不穏な活動を始めたと言う。悪魔に取りつかれた犠牲者が例年より多い。何か大きなことが起きる前触れだと言うのだ。
