ニューヨーク州ロックポート。銀行強盗で１１年服役したデイル・シュレーダーが行きずりの女を殺害し、自分の娘を妻の元から誘拐して逃走したがＢＡＵの活躍で逮捕される。しかし、プレンティスを乗せたパトカーが、シュレーダーの護送途中に何者かに追突されて崖から転落、シュレーダーは何者かの助けを借りて逃走する。
