コロンボの甥アンディと大富豪の娘でファッションモデルのメリッサとの結婚式が行われた。しかしその夜、アンディがシャワーを浴びている間にメリッサは忽然と消えてしまった。アンディに呼び出されたコロンボは刑事たちと捜査にかかる。身代金目的の誘拐なのか、それとも……。コロンボは1つ1つ謎を解いていく。
