実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
ラリーは妻シェリルの妹ベッキーの結婚式でモントレーへ行く予定。ベッキーの婚約者はユダヤ人だが、ベッキーと結婚するためクリスチャンに転向するという。ユダヤ人のラリーはどうも納得が行かない。モントレーへ向かう当日。飛行機のチケットがない。きっとオフィスに忘れてきたんだと、ラリーらはオフィスへ向かう。しかしオフィスへ行ってもチケットは見つからない。そう言えば前日オフィスへ入る時、入り口で暗証番号を打ち込んでいると男が後ろでじっと見ていた。その男が侵入し、チケットを盗んだに違いない、と考えるラリー。
