行方不明を伝えられていたネメシスのメンバーの１人が３日目になってひょっこり顔をみせたと思ったら、やにわに拳銃を取り出して同僚の胸に銃弾を撃ち込んで殺す。この事件を重要視したトレメイン部長は、失踪していた２日間に何かあったに違いない、誰かに何かをされたに違いないと、クレイグ、リチャード、シャロンに調査を命じる。ところが今度は当の部長が失踪、時間はわずか５時間だったが、帰って来るや部長までもネメシスの要員を殺そうとし……。[ 日本初放送当時 第30話 ]
