◆「ラリーのミッドライフ★クライシス」のシェリル・ハインズ、恋人ロバート・ケネディJr. 氏と婚約秒読み？
「ラリーのミッドライフ★クライシス」で主役ラリーの離婚した賢妻を演じていた女優のシェリル・ハインズが、交際中の弁護士ロバート・ケネディJr.氏と婚約秒読みの段階と、米ゴシップサイトRaderonlineが伝えた。ロバート・ケネディJr.氏は、故ジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ大統領の弟、故ロバート・ケネディ氏の息子。またケネディJr.氏の末子は、先日テイラー・スウィフトとの交際が話題になった高校生のコナー君。
同サイトにケネディJr.氏の知人が語ったところによれば、「すでにロバートは最高の婚約指輪を購入しました。今はシェリルにプロポーズするための計画を練っているところです」。ケネディJr.氏が、プロポーズに慎重なのは、何もロマンチックな瞬間を待っているだけではない。ケネディJr.氏の別居中だった妻メアリー・リチャードソンさんの自殺からまだ半年しか経っておらず、時期尚早かとためらいもあるというのだ。メアリーさんが亡くなる前、夫妻の離婚申請は最終段階に入っていたとはいえ、ケネディJr.氏にとっては、彼の６人の子どもたちのうち４人の母親でもある。さらにケネディJr.氏が婚約を急ぐことで「シェリルが批判されることを避けたいのです。この一件に関し、彼女は何も悪いことをしていないのですから」（先の知人）。
プロポーズのタイミングを見計らうケネディJr.氏は、徐々にシェリルと一緒の姿を見せる機会を増やしており、二人の関係をより公にしたい考えのようだ。シェリル自身も２年前に離婚したばかり。責任ある大人のロマンスは着実に進行中だ。
