「GRIMM／グリム」のデヴィッド・ジュントーリと、映画『スーパーマン リターンズ』「CHUCK／チャック」のブランドン・ラウスは、お互い「よく間違われる」と認めるほどの“そっくりさん”。
7月に米サンディエゴで開催されたエンタメイベントのコミコンには、デヴィッドが「GRIMM／グリム」のPR、ブランドンが新TVドラマシリーズ「Legends of Tomorrow（原題）」のPRのため、それぞれ会場入り。会場の熱気に押されたのか、そっくりすぎる二人が一緒に記念撮影に応じている。
デヴィッドと並んだ写真をツイッターで公開したブランドンは、「皆、デヴィッドを見て僕だと思い、僕を見てデヴィッドだと思っている。僕らが同一人物じゃない証拠を上げておくよ！ ちゃんと見て、髪の分け目が逆だから」とつぶやき。同一人物でないことは確認できたものの、皮肉にも目から鼻先までは全く同じという、“そっくりさん”ぶりを証明する一枚となってしまった。
一方のデヴィッドは「ブランドンと僕はいつも混同されている、彼の方が少し背が高いのに。もし僕らがロシアの入れ子人形（マトリョーシカ）だったら、彼の中に入ってる人形の一つが僕だろうね。僕らはそれくらい似てると思う」と、もはや自虐気味のジョークで答えている。
デヴィッドとブランドンの他にも、ハリウッドには“そっくりさん”が少なからず存在する。最近話題になったのは、性同一性障害をカミングアウトしたケイトリン・ジェンナーと「アメリカン・ホラー・ストーリー」シリーズのジェシカ・ラング。さらには「New Girl／ダサかわ女子と三銃士」のズーイー・デシャネルとポップミュージシャンのケイティ・ペリーなどが“そっくりさん”とウワサされている。
