オレゴン州ポートランドで撮影が行われている、ドラマ「GRIMM／グリム」の人気者、モンロー役のサイラス・ウェイア・ミッチェル、レナード警部役のサッシャ・ロイズが、地元演劇の舞台に立つことが分かった。
サイラスとサッシャが出演する舞台は、ポートランド・センター・ステージ（PCS）製作の『Three Days of Rain』。「GRIMM／グリム」シーズン４撮影終了後の2015年５月22日より一か月間、ポートランド市内にあるガーディングシアターにて上演される予定だ。
PCSの芸術監督クリス・コールマン氏によれば、「GRIMM／グリム」がスタートした2011年から、サイラスとサッシャは、PCSの舞台を何度も鑑賞に訪れ、コールマン氏らと親交を深めてきた。そしてこのたび、「GRIMM／グリム」撮影休み期間に、PCSの中でも質の高い上演作を用意したところ、サイラスとサッシャが出演を快諾したという。
「GRIMM／グリム」は、しばしば地元でエキストラ募集を行っており、オレゴンのアクターと「GRIMM／グリム」のスターたちの交流は十分に考えられる。先のコールマン氏は、「『GRIMM／グリム』は地域の芸術的側面を高めている」とコメント。地元の温かい撮影協力のお返しに、「GRIMM／グリム」はオレゴンの芸術振興に一役買っているようだ。
