◆ブレイク・ライブリー、夫ライアン・レイノルズに子作り約束 ただし「40歳になるまでに」
「ゴシップガール」のブレイク・ライブリーが、昨年９月に結婚した夫の俳優ライアン・レイノルズ（３６歳）に、子作りを約束したと、米ゴシップサイトが伝えている。ただし、まだ２５歳のブレイク、今すぐママになるつもりはなく、「（ライアンが）40歳になるまでにはパパにしてあげる」と話しているという。
ライアンの年齢から計算すれば、遅くとも３年以内にはブレイクが妊娠するわけで、それまで夫婦二人の生活を楽しみたいという新妻ブレイクの気持ちはよく分かる。しかし、素直に首を縦に振れないのは、当のライアン。すでにパパになっていてもおかしくない年齢、順調な仕事のキャリアと家庭的な妻に恵まれ、かわいいベイビーがすぐにでも欲しいと思うのも当然か。
二人に近い友人の一人は「ライアンはどうしてもすぐに子どもが欲しいみたいなんです」と証言。さらに「ライアンはずっと家庭を持ちたいと考えていました。（前妻の）スカーレット・ヨハンソンと離婚したのも、彼女が子作りに興味を示さなかったのが、最大の原因の一つなんですから」（同友人）
出産を経験する女性は、妊娠後、男性よりもずっと負担が大きいのは事実。ブレイクは、この３、４年の間にじっくり準備を整えているのかもしれない。美男美形カップルの玉のような赤ちゃんの誕生は、ライアン同様、ファンにとってもしばしのお預けとなりそうだ。
