◆批評家協会TV賞発表、「ビッグバン★セオリー」がコメディ主要3部門受賞！
全米TV批評家協会が主催する、第三回批評家協会TV賞が、米時間の10日、発表された。コメディ部門では「ビッグバン★セオリー ギークなボクらの恋愛法則」が最優秀作品賞を含む主要３部門で受賞、圧倒的な強さを見せつけた。
「ビッグバン★セオリー ギークなボクらの恋愛法則」は、コメディ部門最優秀作品賞の他、同助演男優賞のサイモン・ヘルバーグ（ハワード役）、同助演女優賞のケイリー・クオコ(ペニー役)がそれぞれ受賞（ケイリーは「ザ・ミドル 〜中流家族のフツーの幸せ」のエデン・シャーと共同受賞）。
主要部門で唯一受賞を逃したのは、主演男優賞のジム・パーソンズ。最優秀同賞には「Louie」のルイス・C・Kが選出された。ジムは、すでにエミー賞を２度獲得しているものの、「Louie」は批評家受けが良いコメディシリーズで、ルイスは前年に引き続いての受賞となった。
昨年の批評家協会TV賞では総スカンをくらった「ビッグバン★セオリー ギークなボクらの恋愛法則」、今年はその雪辱を果たす形となった。ショーランナー（番組の実質的な責任者）がスティーヴ・モラロにバトンタッチされた、先のシーズンでは、６シーズン目にも関わらず視聴率が上昇。評価が再び高まっている「ビッグバン★セオリー ギークなボクらの恋愛法則」が、９月に行われるエミー賞でも、どこまで受賞を増やすかに注目しよう。
