◆ニーナ・ドブレフが信頼するお洒落セレブは、あの英国若手女優！
「ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ」のニーナ・ドブレフは、自他共に認める完ぺき主義者。すべてにおいて“最高”でなければ気が済まないのだとか。仕事に対して最高の状態でいたいのはもちろんのこと、ファッショニスタで知られるニーナにとって、お洒落も最高を追求したい。
そんなニーナが信頼するお洒落セレブは、映画『The Perks of Being a Wallflower』で共演した、英国若手女優のエマ・ワトソン。「今一番自分のスタイルを持った女優の一人だと思うわ。いつも品があって、美しくて…本当に見とれてしまう」と絶賛。実際にお洒落のアドバイスをもらったこともあるという。「去年、ある授賞式に出席することになったんだけど、候補のドレスのうち、どれを選ぶべきか分からなくなったの。そこでエマに連絡したってわけ。迷ったドレスは２つあって、一つは無難、もう一つは少し勇気が必要なデザインだったわ。彼女はこう言ったの、『無難なドレスなんて選んじゃダメ。楽しみたいなら、リスクも必要よ』ってね！」。
もちろんニーナはエマのアドバイスに従い、ジョージ・チャクラのドレスを選んだ。式には「ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ」共演者で恋人のイアン・サマーハルダーと一緒に出席したが、ニーナのメタリックブルーの両肩の開いたセクシーなドレスに、イアンもご機嫌だったに違いない。
ニーナとエマの出演する『The Perks of Being a Wallflower』は現在、米で公開中。アカデミー賞など賞レースにも参戦を予想されるなど評価はうなぎ上りだ。
