こちらの世界のリンカーン・リーが、相棒のロバートと共に容疑者の男を追う。男はリー捜査官に捕えられるが、ロバートは別の男に殺害される。リー捜査官はロバートのそばにいた肌が透き通った男を目撃する。ロバートの顔も同様に透き通っていた。オリビアがロバートの事件を捜査することになるのだが、リー捜査官は特別チームとしか所属を言わないオリビアに抵抗する。
