ケリーは突然訪ねてきたパッチの両親に、許してほしいと懇願される。さらにマットが担当する裁判を傍聴したことで、再び悪夢を蘇らせる。マットは死刑執行停止を求める死刑囚の弁護を担当しており、その死刑囚は強姦と殺人を犯していたのだ。ノアとジーナはクラブの営業時間後にストリップ・バーを開くが、隣人の通報で警察に踏み込まれる。
