「ゴシップガール」で、レイトン・ミースター演じるブレア・ウォルドーフの住居に設定されていたNYマンハッタン、アッパーイーストサイドの超高級マンションが、５月から売りに出されている。14階建ての建物のうち、売りに出された“ブレア宅”はその最上階。1階と２階に分かれたメゾネットタイプのマンションには、４つの寝室、５つのバスルームに加え、２つのリビングルーム、書斎、ジムスペース、そして広々としたテラスエリアを含んでいる。現在の所有者は、ワーナー・ミュージック・グループのスティーブン・クーパー会長 。気になるお値段はなんと3000万ドル（約30.6億円）だという。
セントラルパークを一望する“ブレア宅”は、世界の高級ブランドが軒を並べる５番街に位置しており、まさに「ゴシップガール」の中心地。ブレアの親友、セリーナとチャックが住んでいた、パレスホテルも同じく５番街で、“ブレア宅”からは歩いて７分ほどの距離だ。
この“ブレア宅”は、「ゴシップガール」の劇中では外観のみの登場。室内は別の場所で撮影されている。
