初めてのブロードウェー公演『二十日鼠と人間』（原題『Of Mice and Men』）のため、ニューヨークに滞在中のレイトン・ミースター（「ゴシップガール」）。「ゴシップガール」撮影で、同地の気候に慣れているとはいえ、春を迎えても、ニューヨークの寒さをいまだ厳しく感じているはず。
しかし、2月に極秘結婚した新婚のレイトンにそんな心配は無用かもしれない。なんと、夫のアダム・ブロディとマンハッタンの街頭で熱烈キスを交わしていたのだ。真昼間から公衆の面前で、人目をはばからない二人、この時ばかりは寒さも吹っ飛んでいたに違いない。ブロディは左手薬指の結婚指輪をパパラッチから隠すこともなく、愛する新妻にメロメロの様子だ。
一方、レイトンと「ゴシップガール」で共演したブレイク・ライブリーも、夫ライアン・レイノルズとのデートが毎週のように話題となる仲良し夫婦。「ゴシップガール」で、親友だけどライバルな二人を演じていた、レイトンとブレイク、実生活では夫婦仲の良さを競い合う、そんなハッピーなライバル関係が続くことになりそうだ。
