◆「ビッグバン★セオリー」のケイリー・クオコは大の犬好き 犬の楽園をつくるのが夢
「ビッグバン★セオリー ギークなボクらの恋愛法則」ペニー役のケイリー・クオコは大の犬好き。それもかなりの重症と、米Star誌が報じている。
同誌によれば、ケイリーは犬を愛するあまり、捨てられて飼い主のいない犬をほっておけないのだとか。「ビッグバン★セオリー」撮影などで多忙な仕事の合間を見つけては、捨て犬を収容するシェルターに出向き、犬をアダプト（引き取り）してしまうのだという。２匹や３匹ならまだしも、ケイリーは一時期、自宅だけで７匹をアダプトしていたことがあり、「実は、今飼ってる犬の世話をするのも大変」（関係者）な状態。
自分の手に負えなくなったわけではないだろうが、最近はアダプトして連れて来た犬を家族や友人に譲っているという。これには家族もお手上げで、ケイリーに犬をアダプトするのを控えるように頼んでいるそうだ。「彼女の家族は、ケイリーが犬のアダプトに熱中しすぎて、自分を失ってしまうのではないかと恐れているのです」（先の関係者）。
周囲の心配をよそに、ケイリーの夢は、広大な邸宅を購入し、犬の楽園を作ること。米ではシーズン６を放送中の「ビッグバン★セオリー」が、今季も視聴率絶好調。この調子ならケイリーの夢が、現実となるのもそう遠くはなさそうだ。
