◆映画で「ヌードにはならない」と宣言したブレイク・ライブリー、その理由とは？
「ゴシップガール」のブレイク・ライブリーが、「（TVや映画のために）ヌードにはならない」と宣言している。
ブレイクは、「（映画などで）ヌードが出てくると、そっちの方に気をとられてしまうの。誰かが胸を見せてると、もうそればっかり見ちゃって…、どうにも集中できなくなる。だから、自分でヌードになろうとも思わない」とその理由を語る。意外にも人の裸を気にしすぎてしまう自身の性格のため？ヌードは映画の“じゃま”になると考えているようだ。
ヌードにならないから、というわけでもないだろうが、ブレイクは、ハリウッドでは少数のダイエットに無関心派である。「自分でもダメだと思うんだけど、運動してないの。それに、たくさん食べるのが好き。私の家族は南部出身だから、体に良いとは言えないものばかり食べちゃうのよねえ」。確かにブレイクは、若手女優にしばしば見られる“ガリ”体型とは無縁。米南部特有の濃い味付けの料理が、ブレイクの女性らしい体型を作っているのだろうか。
一応「努力しないとね」（ブレイク）という気持ちはあるらしく、最近、恋人ライアン・レイノルズと一緒にジムに出かけたところをパパラッチされている。マッチョなライアンのおかげで、ブレイクもちょっとだけトレーニングに目覚めたのかも。次は、映画で見事な肉体美を披露しているライアンを見習って、ヌードに目覚める…なんてない？
