◆米女子体操のガブリエル・ダグラス、大ファンのイアン・サマーハルダーに金メダルで誘惑？
ロンドン五輪女子体操団体＆個人総合の金メダリスト、ガブリエル・ダグラス選手は、以前から「ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ」のイアン・サマーハルダーが好みのタイプであることを公言している。
金メダル獲得のお祝いに、イアンを含む「ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ」のキャストからビデオメッセージを受け取り感激したダグラス選手だが、その後、がっかりしたことも一つ。五輪まで練習漬けだったためだろうか、イアンが共演者のニーナ・ドブレフと交際していることを知らなかったというのだ。
ダグラス選手、16歳の初恋破れたり…と思いきや、さすが努力が実を結んだ金メダリスト、簡単にはあきらめない。「イアンに金メダルを見せようと思うの。何が起こるかわからないわよ～」と、冗談半分本気半分の誘惑宣言だ。
33歳のモテ男イアンは、これまで女性からあの手この手の誘惑を受けてきたと考えられるが、五輪金メダルをチラつかされるのは初めてでなかろうか？ まさか16歳の少女にイアンが本気になるとは思えないが、ノリのいいイアンのこと、リアクションが楽しみだ。カメラの前での“公開誘惑”に期待したい。
