◆さあ、困った？ブレイク・ライブリー、ロンドン五輪のあのイケメン水泳選手から求愛される
俳優ライアン・レイノルズとの交際が順調な、「ゴシップガール」のブレイク・ライブリー。ところが、ブレイクの心を乱しかねない出来事が起ってしまった。現在開催中のロンドン五輪で話題をさらう、米イケメン水泳選手から、TV番組で公開求愛されたのだ。
ブレイクに片思いしているのは、米水泳界の人気者、ライアン・ロクテ選手。ロクテ選手は、米選手団きってのイケメン選手で、甘い笑顔に女性人気は抜群だ。さらに今回の五輪で２つの金メダルを獲得している実力者でもある。
そのロクテ選手が、CNNのトーク番組に出演、司会のピアース・モーガンから「人生を一緒にすごす、セレブ女性を一人選べるとしたら？」と質問された。少し口ごもりながらもロクテ選手は、「ブレイク・ライブリー。彼女はゴージャスだから」と、ハリウッド俳優の恋人の存在など気にも留めず堂々告白。さらに、ピアースからそそのかされた？ロクテ選手は、まだ会ったことのないブレイクに「僕と一緒に島にでも行かない？」と、大胆な求愛メッセージを送ったのだ。ロクテ選手の想いを聞いたピアースは「（ブレイクは）ライアン・レイノルズと付き合ってるんだよね。だけど、皆が騒ぐほど、彼はハンサムじゃない。君は彼女を狙ってみるべきだね」と煽りまくった。
今の勢いからすれば、ロクテ選手の誘いを断れる女性がどのくらい存在するか疑問である。熱愛中とはいえ、ブレイクの心がちょっぴり揺れて不思議じゃないかも？
