大統領が記者クラブのディナーから戻った直後、ホワイトハウスの内部で危険物モニターが未確認の物質を感知。ホワイトハウスは全館封鎖され、大統領、チャーリー、フィダラーの三人は地下で医師の診察を受けることに。スタッフたちもその時点でいた場所で待機することになり、トビーはウィルと、ジョシュはケイトと、CJはドナと、そしてレオはアビーと、それぞれ二人だけの時間を過ごす羽目になる。
