家族とマフィア、二つの「ファミリー」の板ばさみに悩める男、トニーの魂は取り戻せるのか・・・。

FBIはソプラノ・ファミリーに対する捜査に力を入れていた。遊歩道の工事でトニーと結託していたジャック・マザローネを抱き込み、盗聴マイクをつけさせてトニーに近づける。レイモンドも相変わらすFBIと通じている。アドリアーナも執拗にFBIから情報を求められ、だいぶ神経が参っていた。NYのボス、カーマインがついに息を引き取る。葬儀の席では早速リトル・カーマインとジョニー・サックが口論になり、今後の波乱を予想させる。 一方、トニーの従兄弟トニーBが出所し、歓迎パーティが開かれる。
