アンクル・ジュニアがボスに就任し、勝手なマネを始めたため、トニーはその始末に四苦八苦する。アンクル・ジュニアは、ジャッキーがボスだった時代に行われた取り引きを重んじないばかりか、トニーの父の代からの相談役であるヘッシュへの課税を始めたのだ。一方で、トニーはドクター・メルフィのエロティックな夢を見るようになっており、セラピーの際、トニーはドクター・メルフィへの愛を打ち明け、彼女にキスしようとするが…。
