ミネソタの暮らしに嫌気がさしたブレンダが突然ウォルシュ家に戻ってくる。心配する両親に進学しないと言うブレンダ。一方カリフォルニア大学では入学手続きもはじまり、アンドレアは新聞部に、ドナとデビッドは放送部に入部しようと必死だった。そんな中スティーブはブランドンを大学の社交クラブの寮に一緒に入ろうと誘うが･･･。
